Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvements for software applications in production environments.
- Manage, configure, and implement application change requests and bug fixes.
- Execute project management tasks for Quality Systems IT applications and regulatory compliance projects.
- Conduct testing and validation following established principles and regulations.
- Coordinate between business units and IT to facilitate application support and requirement definition.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software application development and administration.
- Proficiency with Nucleus-Livelink and EtQ.
- Experience in project management for quality systems and document control.
- Ability to perform testing and validation within regulatory frameworks.
- Skill in analyzing business processes to define requirements and document application solutions.
- Experience managing quality management and regulatory compliance functions.
- Background in software application and project management.
