Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on Pega decisioning solutions using Pega PRPC and Pega Marketing/CDH.
• Develop and configure decision rules, data models, adaptive modeling, and predictive analytics for CDH.
• Design and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to enable real-time personalized decisioning.
• Support Pega decisioning projects across campaign, offers, and execution standards with the NBA execution team.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations required for decisioning, campaign, and offer workflows.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in Pega decisioning projects.
• Pega Developer experience with Pega decision management implementations.
• Pega PRPC and Pega Marketing/CDH hands-on configuration experience.
• Decisioning design including decision rules, data models, adaptive modeling, and predictive analytics.
• CDH implementation experience and integration work for campaign/offer decisioning.

Good to Have:

• PEGA exposure/experience.

Education:B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B. Sc. (Computer Application / Computer Science / Computer Science and Technology / Computer Science Engineering / Computer Technology) or any graduate
