Description

You will deliver hands-on Pega decisioning solutions, configuring decision rules, data models, and adaptive modeling for Pega PRPC and Pega Marketing/CDH.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to enable real-time personalized decisioning.
• Develop decision rules, data models, adaptive modeling, and predictive analytics for CDH.
• Support Pega decisioning projects across campaign, offers, and execution standards with the NBA execution team.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations required for decisioning, campaign, and offer workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Pega decisioning projects.
• Hands-on Pega Developer experience with Pega Decision Management implementations.
• Strong configuration experience with Pega PRPC and Pega Marketing/CDH.
• Proven expertise in decisioning design, including decision rules and data models.
• Experience with adaptive modeling and predictive analytics.
• CDH implementation and integration work for campaign/offer decisioning.
• Any Graduate (B.Tech, B.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• General PEGA exposure or broader experience beyond core decisioning.
