Description

You will manage and maintain security infrastructure and identity access management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and web proxy servers.
• Manage Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and integrate RSA Authentication Manager with various technologies.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IAM products and services on Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Respond to network alerts, outages, and priority incident tickets, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Perform patching, upgrades, and maintenance for firewall and AAA devices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with RSA Authentication Manager and MFA implementation.
• Strong proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ISE.
• Experience with directory integration including Active Directory and LDAP.
• Understanding of IAM protocols including SAML, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, and network defense technologies.
• Experience with Unix environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support or related fields.

Preferred Skills

• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Citrix environments.
