Description

You will analyze sales and marketing data to drive revenue growth and reduce customer attrition. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales performance improvement.
• Conduct pricing, product, customer segmentation, and revenue forecast analyses.
• Fulfill stakeholder requests for ad hoc data, reports, and one-off analyses.
• Design and build data visualizations using Excel and PowerPoint to present findings.
• Develop and monitor dashboards to track key sales and marketing KPIs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of SQL experience.
• Experience using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, charts, and Coefficient.
• 1-3 years of data and analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Health Informatics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R.
