Description

You will design and configure AI agents to automate contract intake, review, and approval processes for documents like NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding and deployment of AI agent solutions, scoping requirements and establishing workflows.
  • Advise legal, legal ops, and procurement teams on scaling automation impact while maintaining compliance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI agent efficiency and capability.
  • Train and enable legal teams to use AI-driven automation tools effectively.
  • Drive measurable results by working across customer success, sales, engineering, and legal leadership.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years implementing legal tools such as SimpleLegal, IronClad, or LinkSquares.
  • Deep understanding of legal processes, contracting, and large organizational stakeholder dynamics.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to influence AI functionality.
  • Clear communication skills with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with IT, Desktop, Computer, and Inter systems.
  • A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or demonstrated strong technical fluency.
