You will design, deploy, and configure AI agents to automate legal contract workflows and advise cross-functional teams on scaling automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of AI agent solutions, scoping requirements and establishing operational workflows.
• Design and configure AI agents to automate contract intake, review, and approval processes for NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs.
• Advise legal, legal ops, and procurement stakeholders on scaling automation impact while maintaining strict compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance AI agent efficiency and capability.
• Train legal teams to effectively utilize AI-driven automation tools and drive measurable adoption results.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience implementing legal tech platforms such as SimpleLegal, IronClad, or LinkSquares.
• Deep understanding of legal processes, contracting lifecycles, and stakeholder dynamics in large organizations.
• Technical proficiency with IT, Desktop, Computer, and Inter systems.
• Ability to influence AI functionality through technical curiosity and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Capacity to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent demonstrated technical fluency.
