Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT goods and services contracts, from procurement through vendor performance monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review agreements including Master agreements, SOW, EULA, and Leases.
• Lead negotiations with vendors regarding contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
• Prepare procurement documents such as RFP, RFI, RFB, and ITQ.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate contract extensions, waivers, and close-out processes while tracking current contract status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating IT goods and services contracts.
• Experience managing Master agreements, SOW, EULA, and Lease agreements.
• Proven ability to draft competitive procurement documents (RFP, RFI, RFB, ITQ).
• Strong understanding of contracting principles and procurement processes.
• Ability to read and apply federal and state codes as applicable.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and monitoring compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in IT procurement.
• Postgraduate degree such as a JD or MBA.
