Description

You will lead cybersecurity and risk management architecture for digital manufacturing programs, focusing on OT security and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural security assessments, threat modeling, and risk assessments to develop corrective action plans.
• Define, design, and implement security strategies to protect against emerging OT threats.
• Lead OT security incident response and perform security reviews on new and existing technologies.
• Act as a hands-on technical lead for IT and OT security functions and system maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance to teams and support IT management during cyber-attack recovery.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in cybersecurity and risk management architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM technology and threat analysis.
• Proven expertise in OT (Operational Technology) threat and risk assessments.
• Strong incident response capabilities and ability to define OT incident response processes.
• Proficiency in managing endpoint detection & response (EDR), IDS/IPS, and network access control.
• Deep understanding of information security principles and control techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
