Description

You will serve as the Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity subject matter expert, acting as a liaison between IT Cybersecurity and stakeholders in Power Generation, Electrical, and Gas Distribution Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the OT cybersecurity architecture to identify coverage gaps and ensure remediation.
• Collaborate with business units to implement system architectures that align with enterprise control frameworks and security policies.
• Partner with Governance Risk and Compliance to evaluate tool exception requests, metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead vendor and tool evaluation processes for OT-specific business requirements.
• Develop strategic plans and process requirements based on emerging OT risks and trends.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity architecture design and strategy.
• Experience with OT-specific security systems, tools, and vendor evaluation.
• Knowledge of developing mitigation plans for identified security risks.
• Ability to align system architectures with enterprise-level control frameworks and actionable control lists.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, MIS, or Engineering (or equivalent combination of associate degree, military, or professional experience and certification).

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, GICSP, or CSSA certifications.
• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) within Power Generation, Gas, or Electric businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of NIST cybersecurity framework capabilities including vulnerability management, identity management, and threat detection.
