Description

Lead the security operations center and manage incident response efforts across multiple geographic regions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detection, analysis, and response to security incidents using SIEM and other security tools.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4–6 SOC Analysts, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Manage and optimize SOC technologies, including SIEM, PIM, content filtering, firewalls, proxies, and web application firewalls.
• Design and implement training programs to improve the technical and operational skills of the SOC team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT and infrastructure teams to manage and mitigate security incidents.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• More than 3 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, PIM, content filtering solutions, and firewall technologies.
• Practical experience in network security, firewall security, and web security.
• Experience with web application firewalls (WAF) and proxy solutions.
• Ability to manage and optimize security tool performance and availability.
• Strong understanding of incident reporting and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within BPO environments.
