Description

You will design conceptual, logical, and physical database models to support organizational strategies. You own the full lifecycle from data gap analysis to scalable, secure solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and assess data models, technical specifications, metadata, and database structures for application systems and data warehouses.
• Identify data gaps in functional coverage across application systems, operational reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with system and software architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure data solutions are scalable, recoverable, secure, and follow established organizational standards.
• Manage assigned activities and problem resolution across multiple projects throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a data architect role.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and designing applications or BI/Analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter or SSIS.
• Experience with operational reporting tools like COGNOS or SSRS.
• Experience with self-service analytics tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of emerging data technologies including columnar, NoSQL, predictive analytics, and unstructured data.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions like InfoR M3 or JD Edwards Enterprise One.
• Background in industries such as Food and Beverage, Livestock, or Energy.
