Description

You will manage data integrity, reporting, and warehousing architecture to support business decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize data to create detailed reports that identify patterns and insights.
• Validate data sources and ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and define data-driven solutions.
• Partner with application development teams to optimize information flow and data reuse.
• Develop test scenarios, analyze results, and provide on-call escalation support for production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and data mart environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Databases and SQL/PL SQL.
• Deep knowledge of indexing, partitioning, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and data warehouse methodologies (Bill Inmon, Ralph Kimball).
• Proficiency in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Snowflake and general Data Warehouse architecture.
• Knowledge of healthcare domains including EDI transactions, Medicare/Medicaid, ACA, and commercial insurance.
