Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for life sciences data and analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data insights for Translational Research and CMC using company datasets.
• Create Python scripts to clean, transform, and extract data from multiple sources.
• Liaise with data scientists and engineers to implement data-driven AI/ML solutions for drug discovery.
• Conduct regular code reviews with data engineers and data scientists.
• Coordinate sprint planning and release management with the Director of Data Science.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience designing and building AI solutions.
• Expert SQL knowledge with the ability to author and optimize complex queries.
• High competency in AWS SageMaker AI/ML and Jupyter notebooks.
• Experience with AWS Athena, AWS Glue, Amazon S3, AWS RDS, and Amazon EMR.
• Python programming expertise using Pandas and PySpark.
• Experience working with large clinical real-world evidence datasets in parquet or JSON formats.
• Relational and non-relational database experience, including modeling and optimizing data structures.
• Experience with distributed data processing and management systems.
• Management of GitHub code repositories.

Preferred Skills

• Background in life sciences or clinical data analytics.
