Description

Lead the architecture, design, and maintenance of highly scalable relational database services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable relational database components using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Build and maintain database objects including tables, indexes, views, and synonyms.
• Optimize database performance through SQL tuning, partitioning, and AWR report analysis.
• Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) processes using Oracle Golden Gate.
• Manage full life-cycle development for data-centric applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database architecture, development, and deployment.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle 12c or better.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Strong proficiency in Dimensional Data Modeling.
• Experience with ETL processes and programming in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Proficiency with version control and DevOps tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) and Oracle Golden Gate.
• Familiarity with information security and access control protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
