Description

You will manage data pipelines, reporting tools, and application support for life sciences systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines using AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Develop and support reporting solutions with Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects.
• Manage L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution via JIRA.
• Integrate clinical data systems such as SaaMa, eClinical, Rave, or Inform.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket for version control and project tracking.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects.
• Strong SQL and relational database management skills.
• Experience with ETL/data pipelines and data integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
• Background in L2/L3 application support and ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• GxP/validated systems experience in clinical data management or life sciences.
• Exposure to CDISC, SDTM, or ADaM standards.
• Experience with Java, CI/CD tools (Maven, SonarQube), and Agile/Scrum.
