Manage technical IT delivery, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and drive project execution from Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Decompose technical user stories into estimated work items and oversee their creation.
• Manage dependencies between API and ETL development to ensure vendor readiness for data ingestion.
• Draft and review documentation for integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies to represent IT activities and resolve technical blockers.
• Identify technical risks, develop contingency plans, and track issues impacting delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT delivery or technical project management.
• Experience managing API and ETL development dependencies.
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management and tracking.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable user stories.
• Experience facilitating cross-team collaboration and technical troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of managing vendor integration touchpoints.
• Strong technical documentation skills for migration and deployment planning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
