Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of medium to large-scale enterprise IT implementation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex application and system implementation projects from initiation through closing using formal methodologies.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
• Oversee system development and release management processes.
• Monitor project metrics for deviations in quality, cost, or schedule and manage risk resolution.
• Maintain client, customer, and vendor relations to ensure service expectations are met.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading medium to large-sized, complex enterprise-wide IT projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Mainframe application development or support experience.
• Jira, MS Visio, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
