Description

Manage up to 5 concurrent projects, overseeing business, operational, and technical teams through full project lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project lifecycles from initiation to closing using formal project management methodologies.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project metrics to identify and resolve deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
• Manage project risks and issues to minimize impact on delivery.
• Present status updates and reports to senior management and customers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams of 20-30 members.
• Expertise in Project Management methodologies.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the health insurance industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
