• Oversee Change Management processes to ensure stable production environments.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage agile delivery workflows.
• Apply ITIL frameworks to govern IT service delivery and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in IT delivery or project management.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Proven experience with Change Management protocols.
• Practical application of Scrum frameworks.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
