Description

You will manage desktop support and infrastructure maintenance for the Hong Kong office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level support for computers, mobile devices, and IT/AV peripherals.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware including laptops, desktops, and network equipment in LAN environments.
• Administer Cisco and MS Teams VoIP environments, including tuning and hardware upgrades.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventories, technical documentation, and security patch deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office software.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Client and Server environments.
• Proficiency in managing IT/AV peripherals and LAN environments.
• Experience providing desktop support to VIP users.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Chinese (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage and track service requests via ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMWare and Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of automation through RPA or administrative scripting languages.
