You will manage Windows operating systems, support end-user devices, and maintain software stability.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and update applications and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and remediate OS update failures and software issues.
• Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from end-user devices.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using remote support technology and commands.
• Document technical work and provide accurate status updates to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or systems administration.
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and platform products.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience managing software patches, upgrades, and installations.
• Ability to use remote support tools and command-line interfaces.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience acting as a technical liaison with vendors.
