Description

You will manage the deployment, configuration, and technical support of desktop hardware and software systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and ship new integration devices to end users.
• Troubleshoot software, desktop, laptop, and network connectivity issues.
• Resolve Citrix virtual desktop and application issues for end users.
• Process equipment returns and maintain accurate Asset Management records.
• Provide first-level technical support via Microsoft Teams or email.

Required Skills

• 2+ years configuring and deploying Windows 7 and 10 using Altiris.
• 2+ years configuring and troubleshooting Dell and HP desktop hardware.
• 2+ years professional technology support experience.
• Proficiency in remote technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop environments.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks.
• HS Diploma/GED or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing remote white-glove support for new system setups.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and basic understanding of SmartSheet.
• Experience writing technical documentation and assisting users with network drive access.
