Description

You will provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and M365 environments at the client location in Kachchh.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite dispatch-based desktop and laptop support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage and resolve incidents using ServiceNow and Remedy ticketing tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Desktop Support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience administering Active Directory (AD).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Remedy ticketing systems.
• Ability to provide immediate onsite availability.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Willingness to travel to Kachchh, Gujarat.
