Description

You provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and system problems efficiently.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related hardware.
• Manage and maintain user accounts within Active Directory environments.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software and system updates.
• Document support processes and maintain accurate support records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems.
• Proficiency with Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience supporting end-user hardware and software.
• Familiarity with common network protocols.
• 5+ years of working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a corporate IT support environment.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems for tracking support requests.
