Description

You will manage local hardware, software, and network connectivity for users in Gebze.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain user productivity.
• Install and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Resolve networking and connectivity problems.
• Advise users on necessary hardware or software upgrades.
• Complete job reports and manage supply orders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical roles.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience managing DHCP and DNS configurations.
• Knowledge of LAN and WLAN environments.
• Understanding of RIP routing protocols.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
