Description

You will manage local hardware, software, and network connectivity for users in Gebze.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain user productivity. Install and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems. Resolve networking and connectivity problems. Advise users on necessary hardware or software upgrades. Complete job reports and manage supply orders.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical roles.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience managing DHCP and DNS configurations.
• Knowledge of LAN and WLAN environments.
• Understanding of RIP routing protocols.

Education

Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
