Description

You will provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral equipment in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware, laptops, printers, and peripheral accessories.
• Resolve hardware and application support queries escalated from the global support desk.
• Manage asset inventory by tracking hardware/software, documenting repairs, and restocking spare parts.
• Deploy and customize operating system configurations using standard methodologies.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation issues.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of IT work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting customers in face-to-face or remote settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and advanced support of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows and Apple devices.
• Ability to perform software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Industry certifications such as MCP, MCSE, or MCITP.
• Experience operating within standard operating procedures and desktop guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
