Description

You develop, maintain, and improve data structures, queries, reporting solutions, and ETL processes for mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in systems and data analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement activities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into cross-functional business application systems.
• Conduct unit tests to ensure systems meet customer and line-of-business needs.
• Provide ongoing maintenance for web applications and client/server tools.
• Assist with the development of application and custom integration solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Knowledge of data modelling and designing databases.
• Proficiency in MySQL and Oracle.
• Experience with scripting languages such as C# and VB.Net.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Familiarity with System DB.
• Experience in the banking/financial services industry.
• Familiarity with one or more Synovus lines-of-business.
• Any Graduate degree.
