Description

You will lead a team of IT staff and consultants to deliver maintainable enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor IT staff, providing technical guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee the development lifecycle by collaborating with architects and project managers to ensure proper software design implementation.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure enterprise applications remain supportable and maintainable.
• Coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and troubleshoot high-level technical problems.
• Handle recruitment activities, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for the department.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or project management role.
• Proficiency with C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience working with JSON, XML, and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Angular JS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kendo UI Telerik.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and MS Visual Studio Team (TFS) server using Agile (SCRUM).
• Background in custom applications or COTS product customization.
