You lead a team of IT consultants and staff to deliver maintainable enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor IT staff, providing technical guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee the full development life cycle in collaboration with project managers and architects.
• Implement best practices to ensure enterprise applications are supportable and maintainable.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutions within the team.
• Interview, hire, and onboard qualified candidates to fill departmental roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or project management role.
• Proficiency with C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience working with JSON, XML, and HTML5.
• Strong database knowledge involving SQL Server and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Angular JS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET technologies including Kendo UI Telerik.
• Background in custom application development or COTS product customization.
• Experience using ServiceNow ITSM and MS Visual Studio Team (TFS) server within Agile (SCRUM) environments.
