IT & Digital Business Partner for Quality and Product Development

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and digital delivery within procurement, quality, and packaging domains. You lead technical application support teams and manage vendor deliveries to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline constraints. You engage with business and digital teams to manage opportunity identification, scoping, prioritization, and delivery. You design solution architectures, functional specifications, and technical specs based on business requirements. You drive adoption of the current IT stack and ensure value realization of digital programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical application support teams across Procurement, HR, and Packaging IT functions.
• Design solution architectures, functional specifications, and technical specs based on business requirements.
• Manage vendor deliveries to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline constraints.
• Define and write BRDs, specifications, and As-is vs To-be process flows in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement IT, HR IT, or managing digital initiatives within the FMCG domain.
• Technical proficiency in MS .NET and MS SQL database platforms.
• Hands-on experience with P2P processes, including Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects using JIRA or MS Project.
• Practical knowledge of API-based integrations between IT applications.
• Understanding of cloud hosting services, including AWS or Azure, and SaaS/PaaS models.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with P2P platforms such as SAP Ariba or Ivalua.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Packaging Solutions like ESKO WebCenter.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and artwork management tools.
