You will lead systems support and technical operations for a high-growth technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a 24x7 technical support team to ensure continuous operational coverage.
  • Own escalation management and incident response protocols within production environments.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate across matrixed teams to drive technical results.
  • Oversee infrastructure provisioning and management to support organizational growth.
  • Drive problem resolution through a combination of strategic planning and tactical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • 10 years of experience managing technology teams.
  • Proven track record in incident response and escalation management.
  • Experience troubleshooting incidents directly within production environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Strong project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and coaching 24x7 support teams.
  • Ability to build working relationships within matrixed organizational structures.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
