You will manage the full lifecycle of IT domestic and contract staffing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
  • Manage client relationships and handle direct hiring requirements.
  • Source candidates using social networks and technical platforms.
  • Fulfill immediate joiner requirements for domestic staffing needs.

Required Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT domestic staffing.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and screening technical talent.
  • Experience with contract staffing models.
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn for candidate discovery.
  • Familiarity with GitHub for technical sourcing.
  • Ability to manage the complete scheduling process.

  • Any Graduate degree.
