Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Manage client relationships and handle direct hiring requirements.
- Source candidates using social networks and technical platforms.
- Fulfill immediate joiner requirements for domestic staffing needs.
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT domestic staffing.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and screening technical talent.
- Experience with contract staffing models.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn for candidate discovery.
- Familiarity with GitHub for technical sourcing.
- Ability to manage the complete scheduling process.
