Description

You will perform QA and testing for the Managed Care Transition Project. You own testability assessment, case development, and execution for EDI and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases based on Business Requirements and Software Design Documents.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions (837I, 837P, 839, NCPDP D.0).
• Review, analyze, and report test results using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with end users to ensure thorough user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Claims Processing Testing.
• 3+ years of experience testing web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Test and Defect Management Tools (HP ALM or JIRA).
• 2+ years of experience conducting QA and testing on EDI applications.
• 2+ years of experience developing SQL queries.
• 2+ years of experience scripting automated Test Suites.
• 2+ years of experience working with Business Teams to write Business and QA Documents.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HP ALM or JIRA.
