Description

Validate EDI applications and healthcare claims processing through rigorous testing cycles, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement analysis to user acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirement testability and develop test cases from business requirements and software design documents.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for EDI and web applications.
• Develop and execute test scripts for HIPAA X12 EDI transactions, specifically 837I, 837P, and NCPDP D.0.
• Develop SQL queries for data validation and review test results using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with end users to manage and complete user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EDI application testing.
• Hands-on experience with HIPAA X12 transactions (837I, 837P) and NCPDP D.0.
• Proficiency in SQL for query development.
• Experience with healthcare claims processing testing.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with test and defect management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Client ALM or JIRA.
