Manage engineering projects and ensure technology infrastructure stability through proactive support and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from planning to delivery.
• Resolve technology issues using established best practices and precedents.
• Document system flows and create graphical representations for team reference.
• Contribute to product evaluations by reviewing software application specifications.
• Provide out-of-hours support as part of an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in enterprise IT engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online and Exchange 2016/2019 environments.
• Experience with IaaS SEGs and Cisco Ironport email security appliances.
• Understanding of email security controls including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-Spam, and Anti-Malware.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Load Balancers.
• Familiarity with ADFS, Entra ID, and SAML authentication protocols.
• Experience managing and optimizing Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for management and automation tasks.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex issues.
