Description

Provide Level 2 production support for digital banking applications, acting as the primary liaison between service providers and the Level 3 Digital Banking Services Team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and coordinate escalated tickets and routine issues across IT departments to ensure rapid resolution.
• Communicate vendor alerts and bulletin information to internal users, departments, and senior management.
• Resolve incidents and alerts disrupting the customer experience and gather Root Cause Analysis (RCA) data for senior officers.
• Execute system testing for maintenance releases, security patches, and large project releases to ensure compliance.
• Partner with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) on new channel initiatives and platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in retail or consumer banking application support, specifically within Digital Banking IT.
• Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems, including online and mobile banking technology.
• Experience supporting aggregators such as Plaid, Finicity, or Yodlee.
• Familiarity with Cloud architecture and tools including Azure, Kubernetes, Tanzu, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, or CA APM.
• Working knowledge of APIs, UX flow, and web/mobile application environments.
• Ability to use development tools including C# and Java/JavaScript within a Windows/.NET environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for presenting data to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FIS IBS Core banking, APIs, and interfaces.
• ITIL background or certification.
• Experience with analytics tools and monitoring dashboards.
