Description

You will manage IT infrastructure at worldwide supply chain partner manufacturing sites, ensuring stability and automation across APAC factory locations.

Responsibilities

• Collect technical requirements and propose architecture designs based on business meetings.
• Travel to APAC factory sites (20% to 30%) for hardware setup and maintenance using network and cabling diagrams.
• Deploy infrastructure and provide operational support by working with vendors and partners.
• Implement monitoring to ensure device health and react to alarms to rectify faults.
• Maintain operation documentation, including runbooks, playbooks, and asset inventories.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in general IT infrastructure support covering network, Unix/Windows systems, and data security.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with firewall and load balancer deployment, configuration, and support.
• Ability to triage service-impacting issues, apply workarounds, and manage post-incident follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Python, BASH, and Unix environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DHCP option82 deployment and data center cabling (1G to 200G Fiber and UTP).
• Knowledge of network security and ISO 27001 industrial best practices.
