Description

Must-Have Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on IT/Systems Engineering experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Experience building workflow automations, integrations, bots, or AI-driven solutions
• Strong MacOS support experience
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, etc.)
• Identity and Access Management experience (Okta, SSO, SCIM, provisioning)
• Scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, or similar
• API integration experience
• SaaS administration experience
• Strong customer-facing communication and support skills
