Description

Manage IT infrastructure, automate workflows, and support end-users with a focus on Mac fleets and AI-driven solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Mac fleets and SaaS platforms, including identity and access management via Okta, SSO, and SCIM.
• Build and maintain workflow automations, bots, and internal tools using Python, Shell, and JavaScript.
• Support end-user technology needs, including onboarding/offboarding, conference room AV, and office networking.
• Develop and integrate AI agents and LLM tools to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji) and ensure security compliance across IT environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on IT/Systems Engineering experience.
• Strong MacOS support and fleet management expertise.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Shell, or JavaScript.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf or Kandji.
• Identity and Access Management knowledge (Okta, SSO, SCIM, provisioning).
• API integration and SaaS administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or supporting AI agents and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, Make, n8n, Retool).
• Exposure to security tooling (EDR, SIEM) and SOC2 environments.
