You will support production, application, and cloud infrastructure across various operational domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for complex application or infrastructure tasks, incidents, changes, and requests.
• Monitor systems and applications proactively, executing production processing as per runbooks.
• Lead and manage triage efforts for incidents with potential business impact, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve incidents utilizing knowledge articles and prior operational experience.
• Manage incident data using SharePoint and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT and Cloud support experience.
• Strong administrative experience in AWS.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems, specifically Jira and ServiceNow.
• Experience using monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Ability to manage incident data using SharePoint and Confluence.
• Experience providing 24x7 on-call primary support.
• Proficiency in Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
