You will manage IT service operations and maintain core infrastructure in Toulouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT service operations and support requests.
• Administer systems and network infrastructure to ensure stability.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software applications.
• Resolve technical issues for end-users across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Operations.
• Proven expertise in Systems Administration.
• Proven expertise in Network Administration.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for desktops and applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
