Description

You will lead business and technical requirement analysis for IT projects, system implementations, and technology procurements. You will bridge stakeholder needs with engineering teams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage complex business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, creating workflow diagrams and user interface mockups.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to drive alignment.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Support IT procurement activities, vendor coordination, Statements of Work (SOW), and contract documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects or system implementations.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and data analysis methodologies.
• Expertise in documenting AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, workflow diagrams, and UI mockups.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions.
• Ability to develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Government or public-sector experience.
• Experience supporting IT procurement activities and vendor coordination.
