Description

You will manage business application projects and coordinate stakeholder requirements to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles through blueprinting, workshops, FSD, SIT, UAT, and Go Live phases.
• Manage project documentation and progress tracking using SDLC methodologies and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Oversee project budgets, fiscal controls, and business operation expenses.
• Analyze business requirements to ensure technical solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with consultants and present project materials to upper management.

Required Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a relevant field (minimum CGPA 3.00).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle tight deadlines.
• Possession of a valid D class driver's license and own transport for travel.
• Experience in project management or research abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Prior knowledge or experience within the automotive industry.
• Formal presentation skills for project management reporting.
