Good to Have Skills: Experience with VLAN knowledge, Antivirus and Jira related troubleshooting, remote management tools and workflow exposure, assertive communication skills with customer service orientation, excellent listening skills, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Perform maintenance of PC desktop systems and ensure optimal performance of all hardware.
• Install PCs and network printers over the Local Area Network for seamless connectivity.
• Install and troubleshoot various software applications including operating systems and business applications.
• Install and configure Office365 client software for end users across the organization.
• Maintain comprehensive inventory of PCs and other computer peripherals for asset management.
• Handle IT enablement for new users including system configuration, deployment and email setup.
• Attend and resolve day-to-day desktop support calls in a timely manner
