Description

You will manage desktop support, network connectivity, and end-user technical resolution for the Pune office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Office365, and business applications.
• Manage network infrastructure components including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN connectivity.
• Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and peripheral devices across the local area network.
• Handle IT enablement for new hires, including system setup, email configuration, and asset inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and IT operations.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Office365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware failures and software conflicts.
• Experience managing IT assets and maintaining inventory records.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, on-site environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of VLAN configuration and remote management tools.
• Experience with Jira for ticket tracking and workflow management.
