Description

Provide dedicated technical support for C-suite executives in the New York office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for executive users.
• Manage user administration duties and maintain system access.
• Provide remote desktop support when necessary.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience as a Support Technician.
• Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in New York.
• Availability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience providing high-touch technical support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting C-level executives.
