Description

You will provide hands-on technical support and infrastructure maintenance across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop support and hardware troubleshooting for end users.
• Maintain Office 365 and Azure environments, including Active Directory synchronization.
• Configure and support networking components such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer VoIP systems and server infrastructure.
• Travel to various sites to resolve on-site technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or field engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.
• Experience managing Azure with Active Directory synchronization.
• Proficiency in networking protocols: TCP, IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of routing protocols and general networking principles.
• Experience supporting VoIP systems and server environments.
• Ability to perform desktop support and hardware maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
