You provide hands-on technical support and incident management for users in Ocala, FL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Record and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system.
• Prioritize and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT field engineering or technical support.
• Proven ability to track incidents and manage service requests.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and incident management workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
